Payment is due at the time services are rendered. We accept approved payment methods as indicated at checkout.

Late cancellations or no-shows may result in:

• Loss of deposit

• Cancellation fees

• Refusal of future bookings

If you arrive late, your service may be shortened to avoid delaying other clients. In some cases, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fees may apply.

SM Beauty Lab is not liable for adverse reactions when such conditions are not disclosed.
