Refund Policy

At SM Beauty Lab, we are committed to providing high-quality services and client satisfaction. Due to the nature of beauty services, the following refund policy applies.
 
Services
 
All services are non-refundable once performed.
If you are unsatisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment. We will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue through an adjustment or touch-up at our discretion.
 
Deposits
 
Deposits used to secure appointments are non-refundable. Deposits may be applied toward a rescheduled appointment if notice is provided at least 24 hours in advance.
Late cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
 
Retail Products
 
Unused retail products may be eligible for exchange or store credit within 7 days of purchase, provided they are returned unopened and in original condition. Refunds to the original payment method are not guaranteed unless required by law.
 
Gift Cards
 
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, except where required by California law.
 
Cancellations by SM Beauty Lab
 
If SM Beauty Lab must cancel an appointment, clients will be offered rescheduling or a full refund of any prepaid amount.
